Surf Fast With Some Browser Keyboard Shortcuts


These Shortcuts have been tested both in Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.

Ctrl + T:  Open new tab
Ctrl + N: Open new browser window
Ctrl + F4: Close the current tab
Ctrl + Tab: Toggle among open tabs.
Ctrl + 1-9: Pressing Ctrl and any number 1 through 9 will move to the corresponding tab in your tab bar.
Ctrl + H = Show history
Ctrl + J = Open Downloads window Ctrl + K/E = Move the cursor to Search Box
Ctrl + (+ or -): To zoom in or zoom out
Ctrl + D: Add a bookmark
Ctrl + I: Display Available bookmarks

Spacebar: Moves down a page at a time.
Shift + Spacebar: Moves up a page at a time.

Alt + Right Arrow: Go forward
Alt +Left Arrow: Go back.
Alt + Down arrow: Display all previous entered texts in a text abox and available options on
Alt + D: Select all text in the address bar
F6: Move cursor to Address bar.F5: To refresh the current page.
F11: To go to full screen mode and use it again to go back to normal mode.
Esc: Stop page from loading or stop downloading
